Growvo is a daily training app for practicing responses in realistic pressure moments. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices available to you when you use the Growvo iOS app or visit growvo.app.

Information We Collect
Account information
When you create or access an account, we may process information such as your email address, Apple Sign-In identifier, display name, and authentication status.
Profile and progress information
Growvo stores information needed to operate the product, such as your selected skills, onboarding choices, lesson progress, XP, streaks, subscription status, and account deletion status.
Subscription information
If you purchase Growvo Pro, purchases and subscription status are handled through Apple and RevenueCat. We may receive subscription metadata such as entitlement status, renewal state, product type, purchase date, and expiration date. We do not receive your full payment card details.
Analytics and diagnostics
Growvo may use PostHog to understand app performance, onboarding completion, paywall interactions, lesson events, and other product usage patterns. Analytics may include device or session information, event names, timestamps, and related event properties.
Local storage and notifications
The app may store preferences, session state, and progress locally on your device using app storage technologies. Notifications are only used after permission is requested through iOS, and you can manage them in your device settings.
How We Use Information
- To create, authenticate, and maintain your account.
- To save progress and provide personalized practice sessions.
- To provide premium access and restore purchases.
- To improve app quality, onboarding, content, and reliability.
- To provide support and respond to account deletion requests.
- To comply with legal, security, and App Store requirements.
Service Providers
We use trusted third-party providers to operate Growvo. These include Supabase for authentication and data storage, RevenueCat for subscription infrastructure, Apple for App Store purchases and Apple Sign-In, and PostHog for analytics when configured.
Tracking and Advertising
Growvo is not designed to sell your personal information or track you across apps and websites for third-party advertising. If our practices change, we will update this policy and any App Store privacy details as required.
Data Retention and Deletion
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the app, maintain subscriptions, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and improve reliability. You can request account deletion from within the app. You may also contact support@growvo.app for help.
Your Choices
- You can manage notifications in iOS Settings.
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple Account.
- You can request account deletion in the Growvo app.
- You can contact support with privacy questions or requests.
Children
Growvo is intended for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
International Use
Growvo and its providers may process information in countries other than where you live. We use service providers that maintain their own security and compliance programs.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as the app changes. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
